I am interested in the question what constituents our knowledge of language, with a research focus on syntax, semantics and their interfaces. To that end, I am open to different approaches, including theorizing from cross-linguistic data,
psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics, language acquisition of different populations, such as first language acquisition, second language acquisition and heritage speakers with incomplete language acquisition. (complete CV)
Current projects

Processing Russian numeral-noun agreement among different populations: native speakers, L2 learners and heritage speakers (with Dr. Maria Polinsky and Boris Harizanov)
Processing negative polarity items (with Brian Dillon and Dr. Colin Phillips)
An ERP study on Chinese plural/singular distinction -- the role of individulization (with Dr. Taomei Guo and Jingjing Guo)
An MEG study of presuposition -- a case of "even" (with Ellen Lau and Dr. David Poeppel)
