technology infusion to advance national educational reform. Activities included
writing concept paper, conceptualizing and leading empirical research in public
schools to test a technology infusion strategy based upon the "Teaching for
Understanding" framework, and designing and offering teacher and principal
training programs for implementing school-based technology innovations.
