TEACHING
I taught evolutionary biology, ecology and genetics at the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) intially as a Teaching Assistant and then as an Assistant Instructor (see below). Currently I am a full-time post-doctoral research fellow and do not teach. However, I do enjoy teaching and the interaction it provides with young talented students. So I am eagerly looking forward to teaching biology once again when I occupy a faculty position that involves teaching in the classrooms, labs and, more importantly, in the field where a crucial aspect of biology should be taught: that dealing with organisms in their natural habitats.
