This is beta testing version of EM-DeCODER, a haplotype inference program. A sample input and output file format can be seen at the following links: input , output . It is free for both academic users and commercial users. After filling in the information at the bottom of this page and clicking "I agree", you will be linked to the download page.
This program may not be redistributed, decompiled, or reverse engineered in any manner. It is provided ďAS ISĒ and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. In no event shall the authors or the Harvard University be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
This document contains the entire agreement and understanding concerning the subject matter between Licensee and Harvard, and no term or condition hereof may be modified except by a subsequent writing executed by both parties.
