Biography

 

Jake received his B.A. in 1999 from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in philosophy and minored in cognitive science.  After graduating, he spent a year teaching English in Japan before coming to Harvard to pursue the Ph.D. in philosophy.  While in graduate school, Jake has continued to focus on issues at the intersection of philosophy and psychology, and to travel whenever his bank account permits.  Jake plans to defend his dissertation, The Structure of Thought, in the spring of 2008.
