| About me |
I grew up in southern Italy and moved to Rome to study physics
at University
"La Sapienza".
After completing my Ph.D. at the International Graduate College THESIS (Bavarian Elitenetwork) I moved to
Harvard University, where I currently hold a Reginald A. Daly post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Earth
and Planetary Sciences.
My research aims at a detailed understanding of the magnitude and spatial distribution of driving and resisting forces in Plate Tectonics,
for which I use global numerical models of the coupled mantle/lithosphere system.
