 Workshop on
Theoretical East Asian Linguistics
July 22-23, 2005

Graduate Student Award

As part of its tradition, the TEAL Workshop program will contain a mix of papers by both faculty and graduate student presenters. This year, to encourage graduate student participation and recognize the achievements of young scholars, the TEAL Workshop will make a cash award (in the amount of 200-400 dollars each) to 3 graduate students whose papers and presentations are judged (by a panel of referees) to be the best. Of these three recipients, the student whose paper is ranked the highest will receive a certificate of award in recognition of her or his achievement.

All students whose papers are accepted for (oral or poster) presentation at the Workshop will be automatically considered. The result will be announced at the dinner following the conclusion of the Workshop.

The program has been posted. Workshop will be held at Emerson Hall
Room 210, Harvard University
