Background

I am currently a senior at Harvard College in the A.B.-S.M. program in computer science for graduation in 2010. I am concentrating in computer science and am also focusing on computer science for my S.M. degree.

During the summer of 2008, I interned at D. E. Shaw & Co. as a proprietary trading intern. During previous summers I founded Naperville College Prep, a registered tutoring business in my home town, endorsed by my high school.

I also founded the Harvard College Umami Magazine, an online-only student publication that will critique fine dining establishments along the East Coast, with a focus on Boston and New York. The Harvard College Umami Magazine launched in spring 2009.
