CHRISTIAN ARNOLD

I am currently a PhD candidate in the Bioinformatics Group in the department of Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Center for Bioinformatics at University of Leipzig, Germany. I am also a research associate in the Comparative Primatology Research Group in the Human Evolutionary Biology department at Harvard University.
In my research, I am now particularly involved in the field of epigenetics. Specifically, I am interested in elucidating the complexity of chromatin and epigenetic inheritance in particular. Part of my research also focuses on phylogenetic comparative analyses, database development and programming.
More generally, I am interested in finding creative solutions for a wide variety of bioinformatic-related projects.
