Compressed sensing: signal recovery from partial information, information theoretic limits, recovery algorithms

Approximation theory: frame theory, theory of sparse representations, frame constructions, rate-distortion characterization

Coding theory: coding over arbitrary fields, algebraic and soft decision decoding

Information theory: high-dimensional geometric analysis, large deviations theory


About Me

I was born in Istanbul, Turkey. I moved to Montreal for my undergraduate studies at McGill University. Now I am working towards a PhD degree under the supervision of Professor Vahid Tarokh in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), Harvard University.
