Thomas J Hoffmann, Department of Biostatatistics, Harvard School of Public Health

Background

I am currently a fourth year graduate student in the Department of Biostatistics at Harvard University. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2004 with a B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.

My current research is focused on areas of statistical genetics with Nan Laird as my adviser.

I created the R package pbatR, a graphical/command-line R interface to Christoph Lange's PBAT software; using these together we have created the software P2BAT. Follow the links previously for the main page, or a quick jump to installation instructions and the FAQ.
